You can use these options:
- Take the bus 119, get off in the terminal station "Dejvická".
Change for the metro line "A" (green line) and continue to the metro
station "Muzeum".Change the lines to the red one and go to "Pražského povstání".
Then you have to just walk for 10 minutes.

Change for the tram "17" (direction "Levského") and get off at the station "Podolská vodárna".
Cross the street and go straight ahead up the hill along the street “Podolská” and continue to “Sinkulova” where you will see hotel INOS. (The hotel is about 5 min. from the station "Podolská vodárna".) - Take the bus 100, get off in the terminal station "Zličín".
Change for the metro line "B" (yellow line) and continue to the station "Karlovo náměstí". Take the exit towards "Palackého náměstí". From there take the tram 3, 16, 17 or 21 (52 in the night) and get off at the station "Podolská vodárna". Cross the street, go straight ahead up the hill along the street “Podolská” and continue to “Sinkulova” where you will see hotel INOS. The hotel is about 5 min. from the station "Podolská vodárna".)
